     Click on the link below to give us some general information about your family law issues and one of our friendly and knowledgeable secretaries will contact you to arrange an appointment with a family lawyer – either in person or on Zoom.  The questionnaire will take less than 10 minutes to complete.  Not all questions will be relevant to you so please leave any questions blank if you are unsure or don’t know the answer.  You will be able to monitor your progress through the questionnaire with the progress bar at the top of each page.

    Prior to meeting with you, we need to complete our mandatory conflict checks and confirm that we are in a position to represent you. This is because we cannot represent both parties in a family law matter. We can only represent you if we are not already in contact with or representing the other party in your matter.

    When you complete this online questionnaire, Navio will provide us with the following information to enable us to complete these checks:

    - your and your former partner's names (including former names); 
    - dates of birth; and 
    - addresses.

    Until our checks have been completed, no lawyers or other personnel at our firm will be able to access, view, download or otherwise receive any other information that you provide in the questionnaire.

    If, following our checks, we are in a position to represent you, we will receive the remainder of your information and we will be in touch to book your first consultation with us.

    If we are not able to represent you, Navio may be able to refer you to another family lawyer from its network of leading family lawyers across Australia.
