Our online questionnaire is powered by Navio, which securely stores the information you provide.
Before we meet, we are required to complete a mandatory conflict check to ensure we can act for you. In Wills and Estate Planning matters, this means confirming that we are not already advising anyone whose interests may conflict with yours such as a family member, executor, beneficiary, or any other person connected to your estate arrangements. Once this check is finalised, we can formally proceed and offer you the personalised guidance you need.
When you complete the online questionnaire, Navio will share only the following details with us to allow us to complete these checks:
your name (including any former names);
your spouse/partner’s name (if applicable);
dates of birth; and
addresses.
Until this conflict check is completed, no lawyer or staff member at our firm will be able to access, view, or download any additional information you have provided in the questionnaire.
If we are able to act for you, we will then receive the remainder of your information and contact you to arrange your initial consultation.
If we are unable to represent you, Navio may be able to refer you to another practitioner within its network of leading Wills and Estates lawyers across Australia.
Please note that completing this online questionnaire does not create a solicitor–client relationship between you and {lawFirm}, nor between you and Navio.
