Before we can proceed, we are required to complete mandatory conflict checks to confirm whether we are able to act for you. This process ensures we are not already assisting or in contact with another party whose interests may conflict with yours.
When you complete this questionnaire, Navio will initially provide us only with the information required to perform these checks, including:
your and the other party’s names (including any former names);
your date of birth; and
your address
No lawyers or staff at our firm will be able to view, access, or download any additional information you provide until these checks are completed.
If we are able to act for you, we will then receive the remaining information from your questionnaire and contact you to arrange your first consultation.
If we are unable to represent you, Navio may be able to connect you with another lawyer from its network of trusted legal professionals across Australia.
